Where are your products made?

Our products are all manufactured and packaged in France in our production laboratories.

Our Nage and Pulpe products contain 100% ingredients of natural origin. Our Écume serum is 98% natural ingredients and 2% natural-identical ingredients. To find out more, visit our archive.

Our products are not tested on animals. They comply with European cosmetics regulations. None of our products are sold in China, so they are not tested on animals there either, where regulations require it.

We have chosen not to include raw materials of animal origin, so all our products are vegan.

Our products can be used from the age of 3.

When a product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, this information is mentioned on the product page under the heading  » Precautions « . If there is no mention on the product page, this means that there are no contraindications.

These are products containing substances such as essential oils that are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is the case with our Pulpe product, which contains natural menthol, not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

If you have any medical questions concerning compatibility with our products, please consult your doctor.

Our products are all mixed! After all, all skin types deserve the right, balanced care.

The only product that contains fragrance is our lip care product – Pulpe. Pulpe contains a 100% natural fragrance with notes of peach and apricot, plus natural menthol to refresh, plump and heal.

All our other products are fragrance-free.

The presence of allergens must be indicated on the product page, in the « Ingredients » section. If allergens are present, they are substances contained in our preservatives accepted in natural cosmetics (e.g. Benzyl Alcohol) and/or essential oils that make up our 100% natural fragrances (e.g. Citronellol, Menthol, Linalool, Limonene).

Our products are packaged in glass and aluminum, materials with the highest recycling rates. Recycling information is available on our product packaging. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@namibeauty.co .

The use-by date is printed on the packaging of each of our products. We recommend using products within 12 to 24 months of manufacture (if unopened) and within 3 to 6 months of opening.

What are the delivery times?

Our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, with the exception of products purchased as part of our pre-sales program. In addition, our service provider Mondial Relay takes 3 working days to deliver your order to a relay point.

We currently deliver to mainland France and the European Union.

Please note, however, that if the reason for the return of your parcel is that you have not collected the products within the time limits imposed by Mondial Relay (8 days from arrival in Point relais® or 5 days in Locker), we will be obliged to charge a fee for the new shipment.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by e-mail at info@namibeauty.co .

We accept the return of unopened, unopened and undamaged products. A return shipping charge of €5 will be deducted from the refund. Products must be returned intact and unopened, in their original packaging.

If your product is found to be faulty, write to us at the same address and we will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

If you wish to return your order in full, the free products and samples included in your package must also be returned. Should these products be missing, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the missing free products from your final refund.

Following your request, a shipping label will be sent to you by e-mail and you will be able to drop off your parcel at the post office.

What payment solutions are available?

When validating your order on our website www.namibeauty.fryou will be asked to make full payment for your order via our service provider Stripe, which accepts most credit cards.
